Grace Hamner

Psychotherapy Intern

Grace works with individuals and couples navigating complex experiences, specializing in the following areas: Eating Disorders, Body Image, Fat Liberation, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Faith Transitions, and Mixed-Faith Relationships.

Grace is sensitive to the impacts of trauma—both mind and body—her therapeutic framework integrates somatic healing, nonjudgmental communication, creative-expressive arts, and other trauma-informed practices. Grace knows that joy, anger, hope, grief, and a hundred other emotions co-exist; she honors all throughout the therapeutic process.

Grace is currently receiving her Master’s of Social Work from Boise State University. She is passionate about social work and its nuanced, person-centered focus. Grace has great respect for client beliefs and strives to be an intersectional advocate for marginalized communities including LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled, BIPOC, and Fat folks. 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈
